An excellent neighborhood cafe in a newly developed area. We were visiting the area and decided to try this place over the local Starbucks. What a delight. Self serve house coffee that isn’t over roasted or burnt. Beautiful cappuccino! One of the best the wife has had! Great coffeehouse vibe. Definitely will be back

I've been to the Brentwood location many many times but I Just Love this location too. (Get it?) It's bigger than the other location and beautiful inside. I had a very delicious lotus latte this morning with a scrumptious jalapeno avocado toast. Yumm! I think the menus are the same, they had all our old favorites there. Just moved back in the area and this is a little closer so we'll be back again and again as it's one of our staple breakfast spots. Good service too!

Neighborhood: very nice neighborhood, safe Store: very clean, welcoming ambiance Employees: friendly, kind Coffee: I tried the latte...went back for seconds. Good coffee! Breakfast food: Had the breakfast burrito, fun to try and would get it again. Liked how it was crisp on the outside due to the waffle iron.

We planned a coffee girlie friend date Saturday morning and what a great experience it was!! Customer service was top tier, the food was great, and our coffee treats were amazing!!! We also purchased a few of your blends. We loved your place Keith and my cousin Loretha crocheted you a hat to match the colors of your new coffee shop! We were hoping you’d be there to receive it personally, but you weren’t there that day. We left the hat with your team lead. I had the sausage egg biscuit and my husband had the grilled cheese. Both were really good with a their added flair of a waffle press. Their signature lattes were also AMAZING! Will be returning for the coffee during my weeks stay for sure!

We came here on a rainy day when all the sit down breakfast joints had a 45 wait time. We sat ourselves and ordered at the counter when we were ready. I ordered the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit with Sausage Gravy and it was phenomenal!!! My husband got the All American BLT and that was also really tasted. Our little one got the pigs in a blanket and loved it! The coffee was perfect and the service was top notch. Also side note - the bathroom was really well kept and clean. I would love to come back and try more of what they have on the menu. I can't say the food felt very healthy, but it sure was delicious!! Very affordable and really kid friendly.

Great coffee and food. I had the Ethiopian light roast, enjoyed it so much I bought a bag. I had also had the Mediterranean Wrap (pictured below). It exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place.

We love Just Love Coffee. We frequent the one in Spring Hill. This location in Franklin is much smaller and has minimal seating indoors. Jeni's and other businesses are in walking distance nearby. Note: There is plenty of outdoor seating in the area. The bubbling fountain out front of the cafe makes for a nice atmospheric backdrop if you choose to sit outside. Tables inside are epoxied with newspaper clips. Chairs and stools are industrial-style. Very trendy. One wall (left of entrance) features a mural by norfstudios at the moment. I assume they will change it up seasonally. Pictures of the mural and food we ordered are present in this review. I had the spinach feta womelette and small almond milk matcha latte. My husband had the sausage egg cheese biscuit and large mocha. The food was delicious. Service was great. The mocha was a bit lukewarm but still good. If you're in the Franklin area, I highly recommend you stop for a bite. Covid-19 note: Masks are worn until you have a seat. Disposable masks are supplied. Sanitizer stations are set up across the entire cafe. Employees are always masked.
